Prosciutto and Melon with Tomato and Mozzarella Salad. Parma Ham, Melon, Vine Tomatoes and Buffalo Mozzarella. $26

Jeff's Broccoli Salad. Broccoli florets, cranberry, slivered almonds, bacon, carrot with dressing. (Vegetarian option without bacon) $18

Gazpacho. Chilled tomato soup with yoghurt, mint and chilli. V $18

Summer Rustic Spaghetti. Spaghetti, breadcrumbs, garlic, tomato and mozzarella. V $25

Nicoise Salad. Yellow Fin Tuna, beans, spuds, olive, anchovy and eggs. $32

Warm Lentil Beef Salad. Scotch Fillet, home grown greens and roasted veggies with lentils. Balsamic and mustard dressing.$36
